The buyer must get acceptance of the return via or using the online order system by selecting the order and then selecting the items to be returned and reason for return in the "Merchant Returns" box.


Unwanted orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after delivery.  Full refund of original invoice amount will be made. Buyer pays return postage. Items must be returned in new condition.

We are sorry but returns are not available on personalised items once the artistic process has started, however please get in touch and we will attempt to come to a mutual agreement.

Damaged Goods

Items that are delivered damaged or faulty can be returned or replaced. Please get in touch via or using the online order messaging system within 3 days of receipt of delivery. We reserve the right to charge in full for any goods supplied where a damaged goods claim is not made within the period specified. We will bear costs of return postage for damaged items.
