These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
The laws of the United Kingdom govern all purchases via this website.

We make every effort to dispatch goods within the estimated time scales. Please be aware that delays are occasionally inevitable due to busy periods and unforeseen factors.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment due to external factors out of our control, however caused.

Uncollected Parcels
For items too large to fit through a letterbox Royal Mail will leave a card if your are not at home to receive your order. It is your responsibility to collect from the depot (please remember if collecting from the depot you must take I.D with your name and address on it) or arrange a re-delivery. Items that are returned undelivered to us will be subject to a postage charge to be paid by the customer, the customer will also be liable for the costs of re-delivery.

Unwanted orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after delivery.  Full refund of original invoice amount will be made. Buyer pays return postage. Items must be returned in “as new” condition. The buyer must get acceptance of the return via returns@arkwrightarts.co.uk or using the online order system.
We are sorry but returns are not available on personalised or commission items.

Damaged Goods
Packages delivered with damaged, faulty or missing goods can be returned or replaced. Please get in touch via returns@arkwrightarts.co.uk or using the online order messaging system within 3 days of receipt of delivery. We reserve the right to charge in full for any goods supplied where a damaged goods claim is not made within the period specified. We will bear costs of return postage up to the price of Royal Mail first class postage.

Missing Delivery
If your item has been dispatched and has not been received within 14 days of dispatch then please get in touch with us via the online order system or orders@arkwrightarts.co.uk specifying your order number to allow us to investigate.
By using this website, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.

Prices and Ordering
By completing and submitting an electronic order via this website you agree to these terms and conditions.
By completing and submitting the electronic order you are making an offer to purchase goods that, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. A binding contract will only result when we have notified you that your goods have been dispatched.
Whilst we try and make all information within this website correct occasionally mistakes are made and we reserve the right to decline an order to allow us to rectify the problem.
In the event Arkwright Arts declines your order we shall provide you with a full refund.
Orders will not be processed until the customer's funds have cleared in full.
All transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling.
Items are often made to order, we may experience busy times or problems with supplies of materials to us in which case we will contact you to inform you of any delay in your order.
Commissions/personalised orders will be processed in the order they are received.
